Anyone know what code we use to replace HCPC C9803?

I don't believe there is a new code to use. Per CMS list of 2024 updates, C9803 is now included in the clinical laboratory services.

According to the Federal Register regarding the OPPS & ASC payment system final rule for CY 2024 C9803 was deleted effective 12/31/23 and was not replaced for 2024 because it was intended to help offset the costs to HOPD during the PHE and once the PHE ended they decided it was no longer necessary to help offset costs for HOPDs and instead of terminating the code when the PHE ended in May 2023 they decided to delete the code on 01/01/24. I linked the federal register specific to the 2024 CY OPPS & ASC payment systems here and below is the actual info about C9803.
I'm not certain where @MH3550 found the table of codes listed in their response to your question but all of the codes listed are deleted. 0008M was deleted effective 01/01/2018, 0053U was deleted 07/01/23. Code G2023, G2024, U0003, U0004 & U0005 are all related to COVID and were deleted effective 05/12/23 to coincide with the end of the PHE on 05/11/23.
