    Do you think it may be diagnosis related? I haven't seen any list of diagnosis codes and CMS has not restricted the types of specialties that can use the code, to my knowledge. My client is not getting the G2211 paid for any claims right now...

    You don't need the 25 on the E/M code nor the XU on the 92020 because it isn't bundled with any of the tests. As stated previously, you can't bill photos and OCT on the same date of service. Tom Cheezum, OD, CPC, COPC
