    Yes, provider was not aware or did not mention it was a lymph node. They were only referred to as sebaceous cysts/SC masses that have been removed in the past, in his office visits.

    I might be overthinking this, but if a doctor says that a lesion is .5cm in size, and that is was excised using a 1cm elliptical excision, what would you use for the total excised diameter for CPT selection? Does this indicate the margins were .25cm? Thanks!
