    My doctor wants to know, if there is a cpt code we can bill for the time he spends reviewing records from a referring provider prior to a new patient visit? I know there are codes if he contacts the referring provider to discuss care, but I am just not sure about reviewing records.

    Wiki EKG incorrect date

    Our nurses billed ekg's on the DOS, but the ekg is dated for the prior day because they did not change the date. My question is, can we bill the ekg if we hand change the date on the ekg print out and have the doctor initial? Thanks, Dorothy
