    Wiki CVS Progress note

    Is it considered a chargeable progress note if patient was not seen but chart reviewed and plan/discussions documented? Patient remains Afebrile WBC - normal Most recent BC remain negative. Patient needs urology consultation for strategy to remove chronic indwelling Foley catheter.

    Wiki FAILED TAVR FOLLOWED BY AORTIC VALVE REPLACEMENT

    Could someone please advise on the following: · On 10/18, I know CPT 33361 will have modifier –Q0 appended. · On 10/19, both TAVRs were removed and a new one placed. Would modifier Q0 be appended to CPT 33361 on this DOS as well? Thank you!!
