When reporting as an APM is it required to report mips codes to all carriers? I was under the impression that the payment adjustments would only affect patients with Medicare..I have read conflicting info on this. I don't want to have to enter codes on patients that this is irrelevant...

It depends on what kind of insurance the patient has? If it Medicare you cannot bill consult codes, you need to Hopital Inpatient codes 99221-99233. If its not Medicare its payor specific check w/your carriers/contracts....;)
