    Good Morning, My provider has a patient who's pathology came back severely atypical and stated "cannot rule our early evolving melanoma". We of course are going to clinically treat this as a melanoma but I'm wondering in regard to PQRS, do I still complete those steps? Thanks in advance

    Hoping for more clarification on the new CPT code 96574 for PDT. Does applying the Levulan to the patients area of treatment considered "abrasion" so it falls under this debridement code OR does this need to be a more invasive scrub treatment prior to light therapy?
