Wiki Coding for casting and supplies

When coding for casting in a doctor's office setting, (POS 11) is it appropriate to also add the supply charges? If so, should we us the HCPCS Q-codes e.g. Q4040, Q4012? or code 99070 ? Or would the supplies be bundled into the E/M or the procedure code for the cast application?

Wiki 64897 arm vs. 64885 neck

When coding for repair of a brachial plexus birth injury using a cable nerve graft, should we be using code 64897 for the nerve graft portion of the surgery because the brachial plexus enervates the arm, or should we be using the 64885 CPT code since the repair itself is performed in the neck...

Wiki Has anyone ever coded a San Diego Acetabuloplasty?

Please help! I have a doctor that does a procedure he calls a San Diego Acetabuloplasty. He choses 27146 cpt code. I believe it should be 27120. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated. :confused:
