    We are also getting denials from BCBS for CPT 52441/52442. I have not been able to find much in the way of policies on this procedure.

    Wiki Surgery Auths

    Same has happened at our ASC, authorization for a certain CPT code, actuallly coded a CPT not included in auth. Unless you catch it a day or 2 later, I have had no luck in getting these claims paid, appeals upheld their denials.

    Cpc Don't give up. Keep applying, even if they ask for experience. Some may train you, they want things done their way. Apply everywhere, do not just limit yourself. There are alot of medical clinics, physician offices, hospitals, ASC, dialysis facilities out there. Good luck to you :)
