Wiki Pharyngocutaneous fistula

The patient had a total laryngetctomy and developed this fistula on his neck to the right of his tracheostomy. I have searched and the only code I come up with is "J39.2-Other diseases of pharynx" please answer is there any need to code the postprocedural complication with this code Thankyou.
