Wiki U codes missing from AAPC ICD10 code book

Has anyone else noticed that there is no "U" section in the AAPC ICD10 book. It goes from "T" straight to "V". When searching in the alphabetical section it provides the correct "U" code. Where do we find "U" code definitions?

We have a new ARNP who is wanting to bill 90833 with her E/M visits when she is providing mental health guidance for a patient. I am just wondering if anyone has information specific to Kansas and if 90833 can only be billed by a Therapist or Mental health provider?
