Wiki Radiation Oncology -- SRS/SBRT

We are currently treating a patient for Brain Mets (two treatment sites). One treatment done on the 17th and the other was done on the 19th. Can these be charged at SRS with two treatment management codes? or should this be charged SBRT and only 1 treatment management code?

Wiki Billing Radiation Therapy Codes 77301 and 77014

I am getting denials through Aetna for 77014 because their policy states you cannot bill 77014 60 days before or after billing code 77301. Is anyone else having this issue with any other payers? Thanks
