Wiki Evenity injections

Patients in our practice get their Evenity injections, J3111, in bilateral arms. I have been sending these out as 96372, 96372-XS, J3111. Only one of the injection codes will pay. Is there any way to get the second injection to pay? The payment holds true across insurances. Thank you.

Wiki Infusions

In our practice, there is a NP doing all of the infusions for rheumatology. She also does all the hydration and a lot of the Prolia type injections.
