    Hi All, There is a confusion in my team on specificity diagnosis coding. If there is document for both other specified and specified, which diagnosis should be coded? Eg: Patient have Prediabetes (R73.03) and Abnormal glucose (R73.09). Which one should be coded? Thanks in advance for your guidance

    Yeah you are right my friend. Am such an example. I didn't take up any course. I just saw interview, attended and got selected. Training was provided by the company itself. But it was at 2015. But in India still there are numerous opportunities for freshers

    This needs to be coded as Diagnostic 62328. For coding therapeutic, Opening and closing pressure must be documented, CSF fluid amount should be more than 20cc. And the fluid must be removed for treating purpose not for diagnostic. Hope this helps :)
