Wiki Reduction prolapsed colostomy under anesthesia

Can anyone help me with this. I know that if it was done without anesthesia it would be the appropriate e/m level. But what if its under anesthesia? I was going to use unlisted code 44799, but I also need a comparable code for billing. Ughhh.... Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions...

Wiki Trauma vs. Injury codes

Hi, We have been told that we should NOT be using the injury codes (959.*) when the report just states trauma. I disagree with this, because when you see trauma in the ICD-9 it says see also Injury.... Does anyone have any thoughts on this. We are told to use V71.4 Thank you in advance... :)
