We have a new provider that joined our group. If this provider has established patients who have seen him at his old clinic, but are new to our clinic, is the patient considered established because it's the same provider or new because it is a new clinic? Has anyone had any experience billing out Procenta for Mohs surgery? Q4244. It looks like Medicare might reimburse for it if there were already failed attempts at healing the wound.
